Staff very friendly and helpful seem able to fix most things. Very knowledgeable and willing to discuss problems and offer advice on fixing even if it isn't within current repair being undertaken. 4stars given instead of 5 on the basis that my repair took longer than expected and to be honest the timescale they estimated for the repair. Price charged was reasonable for the software repair undertaken.

I have been using this wonderful place off and on for 20 years. They have never let me down. Freindly, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and excellent product and repair prices! No problem too big or small. I cannot fault them. Highly recommended. Pity we can't give ten stars. :)
