Bought a washing machine, but unfortunately it had a manufacturing error - the guys at QDA were extremely helpful in swapping it over for a different make, nothing was too much trouble. The purchase price was very close to the on-line stores, but I bet their service isn't a patch on QDA!
Reference the e-mail query listed by another user below, I had a similar experience myself but upon phoning the store I was advised that their website had encountered server issues and they had not been receiving enquiries successfully. Having found this out I went in to the store after having an informative conversation on the phone and was able to purchase what I needed and it was delivered on the same day. Great service!
