Superb place.. The best kebab in East Sussex. Gorgeous fish and chips. Size and taste are great. Very honest price as well. Good quality food.
We ordered two sausage & chip portions and received them luke warm, soft and without any seasoning! Nor did we get cutlery or any sauces. "Best" is definitely and over statement here.
Great fish and chips. Lots of choice too. Customer service was really good - we were given a bag of chips to eat while we waited for our fish to cook.
I have always favoured this chippy in Peacehaven but having stopped of for a Med Cod and Chips (6.10) the portion was tiny compared to what they used to be and the chips were "bits" the fish was nice and non greasy but I was really disappointed at the quality of the chips. Hope they get back to their normal standard again.
Their name is not a joke - they really are the best in the Haven that is of Peace!!We've actually, methodically tried the rest and now we stick with the best. They fry fresh, so there's always a wait. Your best bet is to call and order ahead then collect, although they do deliver too!Not a meat-eater so can't comment on the rest of their goodies, but their falafel ain't too shabby either. Get in!!
