Unhelpful. Ive had many bad experiences.
A very busy pharmacy, and should be much, much larger considering the amount of people who use it nw. Most of the staff are very helpful and happy to help. However, there are one or two who are unapproachable and surly, and would do well to demonstrate a more empathetic approach. Pharmacists are professional and knowledgeable. Waiting times for prescriptions are, at times, awful. On the whole though, they all do well considering the pressure they're under.

I have been back three times to get important medicationA controlled drug given all sticky from previously labels and one month left till expiry - not told The other was an order for next day - a week later still waited 20 min as labels were not on - still incomplete No communication
Wonderful staff. Always helpful and friendly. Well stocked and if they haven't got what you need it's usually there the next day. A very busy pharmacy being right next to the biggest doctors surgery in town but they are well staffed and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend them.
