Awful awful awful.Place was untidy, staff unhelpful, had run out of certain things, a nice burnt overflowing ashtray greets you at the entrance. We ended up cancelling our order and requesting a refund due to it taking far longer than it should. We overheard several other tables complaining about similar issues, there is no excuse for that especially as the place was not busy. Such a shame as its a beautiful location but I definitely wont be going there again.
Atmosphere of this place is really good. It looks great both from the outside and inside. But the food does not do so well. Burger was okay, sirloin and fish were bit worse. Sides however were really good. So all in all improvement of main dishes should easly make this a five-star place.
A lovely restaurant / pub on the sea cliffs. Cozy but not small, and with a surprising menu and wine list. They took excellent care of us.
Had a superb meal. There are 8 of us and the meal came up piping hot and all together. Staff lovely and friendly and very efficient. Only one complaint. The apple and rhubarb crumble was massive and I couldn't finish it which was a shame as it was lush!!!!!
Lunch with my Mother(94) on the terrace was spectacular. I had the pate starter which was delicious. My mum ate from the childrens menu (kindly agreed by the very nice supervisor) fish and chips with salad. She loved it. But better than any of that I discovered that they have a full vegan menu which is a rare thing. I shall be back with my Vegan daughter and family. Thank you. Memories are made when you spend a day in a great place. Highly recommend it!
