Very pleased with the service. After being messed around by a local main agent, I phoned Andy from We Buy Cars Sussex who came round as arranged. He gave a fair price, higher than the quote from We Buy Any Car, and completed the deal within 15 minutes. No pressure to do the deal. A good service from a company that I would definitely recommend.

Really poor service. Website was fine - gave us a quote and allowed us to book when we wanted them to come out. We arranged work so we could get back on time and waited. And waited. And waited. They didnt show up. We called and got a snotty response that these things happen. We wanted to get this sorted so agreed to re arrange for the next day. The buyer called, was really rude and unpleasant but said he was coming out, so again we got back from work ready. Then called to say we hadnt immediately answered a text he had sent (we were driving back to be here) so he wasnt coming out. Again he was rude.The buyer was also clear that he wasnt prepared to pay anything like the price quoted on the website so Id take that with a pinch of salt. The messing us about might have got them 2 stars but the really unpleasant and rude attitude gets the 1.I wouldnt recommend you touch them with a barge pole.
Absolutely terrible service. Failed to turn up at the arranged time with no call. Then blamed customers 'unrealistic expectation' to turn up after a bank holiday. I had booked for them to come out over a week in advance!The buyer, Andrew, was incredibly rude. Accused me of having the 'hump' when I tried to rearrange the appointment. Told me I would get no where near the price they quoted (got close on part exchange), then said he was going to come again, I rearranged work to be there, and despite confirming he didn't come because I dint text back quickly enough a second time.Dreadful service, rude, arrogant and cost me a lot of time messing around. Just don't bother with them.
