First class service
Good luck trying to get seen if you work or have anything resembling a life. Constant phoning every day, all appointments are supposedly gone even if you phone ten minutes after they open. They do not even book appointments in advance. I've had three ongoing problems that are getting worse, and there's nothing I can do about it. Even when you do get seen, it's for 5 minutes max so you don't even get to explain what's wrong in any sort of detail. Probably the most useless surgery I've ever been registered to.
Worst surgery ever. Just blindly follow the protocol instead of actively listening to their patients! Ridiculous service putting my baby boy on risk...bad bad bad!
Well I phoned at 8.15am Friday 23rd of March for a same day appointment they said all gone ring back Monday between 8am and 9am still no guarantee of appointment .I said I cannot ring back that time because I work . They said cannot help me other than to offer me an appointment on the 10th April .I rang twice the receptionists are very good at saying no. Doctors excellent if you can get past the receptionists
