Refused my 3 year old son a doctors appointment even though he is resgistered there and asthmatic told my mum to go next door to the childrens centre absolutely disgusted with this email to complain heard nothing back
Booking online works really well for me. As does text alerts. Staff & doctors always friendly and helpful. Ive Been with them 25 years now and very happy with the service
I am struggling with dust allergy and asthma for more than 6 months and I had several appointments with different practitioners, I was prescribed over the counter antihistamines which I already tried and finally managed to get a blood test appointment after 6 months , I have expected more considering my situation affects my lifestyle , my work and my wellbeing . I will probably have to wait another 6 months until finally they may refer me to an allergist or perform proper allergy tests . Very disappointed as I feel they don't care about patients ...
# waiting about half an hour to get through on the phone only to find all appointments gone for the morning. Have to phone again for afternoon appointment. They now have installed piped music in the surgery. This is noise pollution and is a step in the wrong direction in my opinion. I asked them if they could turn it off or down - they did not.
